Shipping Policy
We only ship orders to the United Kingdom and we have a delivery charge £3.95 for each order.
UK orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days of placing an order and are sent by Royal Mail.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or there are external circumstances affecting our delivery service, shipments may be subject to delays. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery. Where we have been made aware of a significant delay to shipments, we will contact you directly via email or telephone to advise the delay. Please also refer to our website where notifications regarding delivery will be regularly updated on site.
Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the proof of purchase, should we need to refer to it.
In order to return your product, please contact: hello@genallocx.com and provide your order number. We will then provide you with return details.
Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage cost.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding your refund, which will take 3-5 working days to arrive back in your account (depending on your bank) - once we process a refund, it leaves us immediately. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
